I liked them! Real rap! I really was feeling this honors show! It wasn't what I thought it was going to be but I wasn't let down at all! Like I think the fact they narrowed in on a particular region to honor rather than spacing out the entire show to try and give everybody props...(to many people to honor to do that lol) The Southern greats who were honored were JD (@LTLline) Timberland, Master P, Orand 2 live crew, Organized Noise, Rap-A-Lot and a few more! It only made since to honor these people, they are/were the originators of southern hip hop! These people gave, ATL, HOUSTON, VA, FL, NO, MI, MS there brand of hip hop that is still very much followed!
What was really a favorite for me was the people who did the honoring, instead of using ALL southern rappers/singers to do the honoring....they used artists from all over! Diddy, The Game, Drake, Asher Roth, Bow Wow were some of the ones who gave homage that are nowhere near having/ being form the "south" THE PERFORMANCES HOT!!!! point plank! Like everyone ripped that stage....THE END! Out of 10 stars I'll give it a 8.5!!!!
